I've always seen my dad collect rent from his tenants & thought to myself, 'what a way to earn money'. Could there be a way to earn money though?

Design:

I've always loved design. However I didn't think that design could earn me money but right now, I would rather follow my passion than be miserable while being stuck in a lab & coat.
